Collaborating with clients to achieve sustainable profit enhancement, service improvement, process redesign, and superior management operating systems. Leveraging a detailed analytic methodology to produce and quantify immediate financial results. Working primarily at client locations offers you the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and travel to unique places.

You will collaborate with leading hotel owners and management companies to experience diverse functional areas within the hospitality industry. You can be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the company President in the morning and a front-line worker in the afternoon.

•    Engineering and Landscaping
•    Finance and Accounting
•    Sales

As part of our Operations team, Consultants have the opportunity to work 100% on site with our clients at leading companies throughout North America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

•    Analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems using interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques.
•    Working directly on-site with our clients and building relationships with client managers to train, coach and persuade them to change the way they work.
•    Providing support to the client managers to implement the changes and ensure they generate measurable financial results.
•    Design reporting tools that allow increased visibility within the business and enhanced management controls.

What we require

•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
•    Excellent communication skills both oral and written.  Individuals must be fluent in English; French and Spanish are also an asset.
•    A strong business acumen and previous business experience is required for our entry-level positions.  2+ years within a hotel operations role considered a strong asset.
•    Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels in an organization.
•    Advanced analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
•    Ability to travel 100% of the time across North America and occasionally on international assignments.  All employees are required to have a valid passport and be eligible to qualify for a TN work visa under NAFTA (must be a Canadian, American or Mexican citizen).
•    Superior MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
